Both Siaolungkan and Lungyinchen were Agency Offices (Class 2C) as indicated by its "代 Dai" post mark - an example of the success of the "trio-preservation" policy even at the agency level. Siaolungkan was liberated on Nov 30. This is a post-liberation usage example of Silver Yuan stamps.
franked on reverse East Szechuan 5c Silver Yuan in block of 4, total value 20c Silver Yuan, matching the Domestic Registered postage, tied by East Szechuan Lungyinchen cds., on front with Tientsin arrival cds. Lungyinchen was liberated on Nov 30 and the expired date of Silver Yuan was set on Dec 8. This is a post-liberation and expired usage example of Silver Yuan stamps.
