Amoy was liberated on 1949 (Oct 17). This is a post-liberation usage example of Silver Yuan. However, it arrived Hangchou on 1950 (Jan 6) which is the 8 months after the liberation of Hangchou (1949 May 3), the cover was marked T indicating postage due.
