1949 (Dec 14) Kwangtung Wuchingfu to Fukien Shanghang Silver Yuan cover, f.w. Canton Liberation Commemorative set of 5 & Kwangtung Silver Yuan x 2, total value 310 RMB. At the time, the postage for ordinary mail was 300 RMB. It therefore carried 10 RMB excess postage. Wuchingfu was liberated on Nov 24. This is a post-liberation usage example of Silver Yuan and the only recorded mixed franking of Silver Yuan and Canton Liberation stamps cover.
