one of the most famous rariety of Dowager surch. Issues, nicknamed "Golden Dragon", a legendary item from the most popular philatelist. Only 6 mint stamps recorded by Mr. Mizuhara and now believe to have around 10 mint stamps exist. Mizuhara "Huayou Jijin II" vol. 7, p.24.
