mixed franking with ICP, CIP issues x 6 (total 20c) and Japan Koban 10s, tied by blue Chefoo Dollar cds. and Ninsen IJPO cds. respectively. On reverse with USA transit and arrival cds.. At that time, mail from Chefoo to USA were transmitted at Shanghai to foreign PO. This cover was transimitted from Chefoo across Yellow Sea to IJPO in Korea, which is the only known example.
