c.1910s–1920s portraits of Chinese political and military figures,
comprising two Japanese-issued photographic postcards — one depicting Generals Fang Zhenwu (方振武) and He Yaozu (賀燿祖), key military leaders active during the early Republican period; the other featuring Wu Junsheng (吳俊陞), noted warlord of Fengtian and commander of the Northeastern Army. Both printed in Japan with bilingual inscriptions and publisher’s marks. Fine and scarce examples of early Japanese-printed postcards portraying prominent Chinese figures.
