depicting General Chiang (蔣光鼐) in civilian attire wearing a double-breasted overcoat, within an oval vignette. Captioned in Chinese 「十九路軍總指揮蔣光鼐」. Unused; some staining, creases, and edge wear as seen. A scarce and historically important portrait postcard of the famed 19th Route Army commander, notable for his leadership during the 1932 Shanghai Incident. Good to Fine.
