issued for the Inauguration of the Kiangsu Foreign Affairs Office’s new premises, depicting Cao Rulin in formal attire wearing decorations, with an autograph inscription at left reading: “Photographed on the occasion of the new office inauguration as a token of gratitude to visiting guests.” A pencil date “17.3.24” (March 1924, 13th Year of the Republic) noted at right. A commemorative postcard produced to mark the completion of the new office building.
