60 days were spent for transit of the postal card from Tientsin due to the blockage of Port Arthur. The Peking postal card, on the other hand, spent 26 days on transit as it was sent via French PO and the Peking - Newchawang route by Peking - Shanhaikwan Railway which bypassed the Port Arthur blockage.
f.w. CIP 1/2c x 2, 1c x 4 and 5c, tied by rare Moukden PO tombstone cancels. On reverse with Newchwang Chinese PO and Newchwang Japanese PO transit cds.
This cove was sent on the day of the outbreak of Russo-Japanese War. 62 days were spent on transit as the cover was sent via Newchwang Japanese PO during the blockage of Port Arthur.
f.w. CIP 2c, 4c and 5c, tied by Hingning PO tombstone cancel, along with Swatow Chinese PO and Shanghai French PO transit cds. On reverse with Shanghai Chinese PO transit and Germany arrival cds.
This cover spent 60 days on transit given the outbreak of Russo-Japanese War which subsequently led to the blockade of Port Arthur.

Both cards were delayed after arriving Harbin which indicates the suspension of mail service at Harbin - Vladivostok direction and Harbin - Port Arther direction, due to the outbreak of Russo-Japanese War.
mixed franking with CIP 10c and Russian issue 10k, tied by Kwangchengtze PO tombstone cancel and Inkow Russian PO cds, (Feb 12) respectively.
Since the outbreak of Russo-Japanese War, French PO suspeded the use of Trans-Siberian Railway route. Post service in North East Province was provided by Russia PO.
f.w. CIP 4c, tied by Newchwang bisected bilingual cds. (Apr 4), along with Shanghai (Apr 11, 13), Peking (Apr 16) Chinese PO and Inkow Russian PO (Apr 18) transit cds.
This mail was delivered during the blockade of Port Arthur. Shanghai -Vladivostok route by French PO was not available, but could only use the Yingkow route by Chinese Eastern Railway to Vladivostok.
