mixed franking with CIP 10c and Russian issue 10k, tied by Kwangchengtze PO tombstone cancel and Inkow Russian PO cds, (Feb 12) respectively.

Since the outbreak of Russo-Japanese War, French PO suspeded the use of Trans-Siberian Railway route. Post service in North East Province was provided by Russia PO.
