1904 (Feb 8) two Imperial 2nd postal cards from Tientsin and Peking to Germany,

both uprated by CIP issues and were sent on the day of the outbreak of Russo-Japanese War.
60 days were spent for transit of the postal card from Tientsin due to the blockage of Port Arthur. The Peking postal card, on the other hand, spent 26 days on transit as it was sent via French PO and the Peking - Newchawang route by Peking - Shanhaikwan Railway which bypassed the Port Arthur blockage.
