1904 (Feb 8) two Imperial 2nd postal cards from Tientsin and Peking to Germany,
1904年2月8日2枚清二次片分別自天津及北京寄德國，均加貼蟠龍票，並於日俄戰爭爆發當日寄出。
由於旅順被封鎖，天津片花費了60天作中轉。而北京片由於經法國客郵局投遞，經京山鐵路走北京-牛莊郵路繞開了旅順，故只花費了26天。十分精彩可對比的一對郵資片，可遇不可求。
