mixed franking with CIP 10c pair and French Indo China 5c, 25c, tied by Pakhoi bisected cds. and Hoihao French PO cds. + rare Pakhoi IPO cachet respectively, on reverse with Kiungchow, Haiphong transit and Hanoi arrival cds.
