1901年12月3日北海寄印支河內混貼封，混貼蟠龍1角票雙連及法屬印支5及25生丁票，分別銷北海半切日戳及海口法國客郵局日戳+罕見的北海IPO小橫戳，背面蓋海口中國郵局、海防中轉及河內到達戳。 IPO橫戳蓋於法屬印支票者十分罕見，僅有北海一局使用。水原明窗《華郵集錦》第2部第7冊第130頁實物。
mixed franking with CIP 10c pair and French Indo China 5c, 25c, tied by Pakhoi bisected cds. and Hoihao French PO cds. + rare Pakhoi IPO cachet respectively, on reverse with Kiungchow, Haiphong transit and Hanoi arrival cds. IPO cachet applied on Indo China stamp is very rare, only used in Pakhoi post office. Mizuhara "Huayou Jijin II" vol. 7, p.130.
