f.w. SYS Silver Yuan 20c, tied by Chungking (11.29) bilingual cds., along with Shapingpa arrival cds. Chungking was liberated on Nov 30 and this cover was detained in the post office at the day of liberation, handled one day later and delivered to the addressee on 2nd Dec. Ex Mr. Patrick Choy's Collection.
