f.w. SYS East Szechuan surch Silver Yuan 5c block of 4 on reverse, tied by East Szechuan Lungyinchen cds. On front with Tientsin arrival cds. The cover was sent after the allowed period (8 Dec) for the usage of ROC postage which was authorized by the PO under CCP control. Ex Mr. Patrick Choy's Collection.
