1897 (Nov 26) combination cover from Foochow to Russia, via Hong Kong, cover f.w. ICP 10c and Hong Kong QV 10c pair, tied by Pakua cancel and Hong Kong cds. respectively, along with Foochow Dollar cds. On reverse with Russian arrival cds. VF-F. Russia was a rare destination for China Imperial Post before the inauguration of Trans-Siberia Railway mail route. Therefore, transition at Hong Kong was required.
