attached with E & C Limited Certificate. This issue is known for the prevalence of forgeries; genuine examples are extremely rare and difficult to authenticate. This is the plate stamp from《China Silver Yuan Stamps》editted by Mr. Patrick Choy in Page 157 Picture (4-15).
postage are $1650, $2850 & $5400. Two matching the correct postage while one sent on 1949 Mar 21st, new postage should be $3100 but still using old rate $1650. A nice group. VF-F.
