sealed with 5 Port Arthur Post Office Wax on reverse with no additional stamps affixed. Premium was 0.5% of the money remitted. Postage was 14 +3 +7 = 24K. Cover transited at Odessa (Dec 7) with a Russian liner called Mount Athos regularly. There was also Russian Post Office at its capital, Karyes, therefore only domestic postage applied throughout. Only 11 such covers were recorded by the Asian Philatelist 2021.
