incoming cover from England, via Siberia, Peking Br. PO and Honan Chengchow, another two from Chengku and Samyuan to Europe. Former was sent via Chinese Eastern Railway, South Manchuria Railway, Peking-Hankow Railway and Chengchow. Latter two covers were sent via Chengchow and Peking-Hankow Railway to Peking and Moukden.
