背面貼帆船票3分2枚，符合本地掛號郵資，銷北京(宣統)九年十六點腰框日戳，旁蓋北京三十三號信櫃戳、北京十七點中轉戳、北京十九點到達戳和郵差小戳。正面蓋有北京第三十三號信櫃掛號戳，並有手寫宣統九年五月十五(日收到)，是十分難得的張勛復辟時期實寄封。張勳復辟(1917年7月1日-1917年7月12日)，是指張勳與其舊長官宗社黨黨人鐵良等清朝遺老一手策劃，率領定武軍於民國六年(1917年)7月1日擁護時年12歲的遜位皇帝溥儀在北京復辟的政變，張勳所部的定武軍，人稱辮軍，故稱辮軍復辟。因發生在丁巳年，又稱為丁巳復辟，又稱張勳復辟，前後歷時僅十二天。
