1943年3月4日越南河內經西貢、廣州寄北京西式航空掛號實寄封，貼法屬安南票3枚，銷越南東京河內1943年3月4日戳，有西貢3月6日、廣州3月25日中轉戳，因信件註明航空寄往北京，但由於時值中日戰爭進入膠著狀態，東部沿海機場全部淪陷於日本，信件正面加蓋“改由常路轉遞” 指示戳併以紅筆劃銷，有北京4月24日到達戳及4月29日投遞戳，保存完好。此類加蓋郵路類型的指示戳的進口實寄封較少見。

via Saigon Central (Mar 6) & Canton (Mar 25). Front with "DIVERTED TO BE SENT BY SURFACE ROUTE" Box Marking where was erased off with red pen. With two different Beijing arrival cds. (24 Apr) and (29 Apr) and 3 different postman marks applied at back.
