16 Nov 1897, a rare cancellation of instructional mark of "已付信資 / PAID" (i.e. Postage Paid) applied to a French ovpt stationery card sent from Chefoo for international mail to Germany.
1897年11月16日法國明信片，貼法國加蓋CHINE 10分1枚，從煙臺經上海法國客郵局寄德國，銷雙語郵資已付戳「已付信資 /PAID」，另加出發的煙臺大圓戳、背面蓋藍色上海大圓戳、上海法國客郵局日戳，法國輪船航線的八角戳，雙語「已付信資」實寄用於法國明信片上實寄例子不多。 按舒耐特先生在2010年亞洲郵學家期刊考證，煙臺所用標準的已付信資雙語印戳最早為1897年6月。
