1900年3月20日法國10分郵資片，從河北省滄州轄下獻鼎縣寄法國 Challerange，中間經過河間府、保定轉到上海出上海法國客郵局，銷獻縣碑戳、河間府碑戳、保定大圓戳，上海漢英半切小圓戳，上海法國客郵局注銷日戳，法國到戳印，郵資片的中間有接痕，河北小地方用外國郵資片實寄海外例子，加上碑戳，例子罕少。
