Both envelope and stamp are non-genuine; the so-called stamp shows incorrect paper, ink color, and impression inconsistent with genuine issues. dated Kuanghsu 18th Year, 11th Month, 5th Day, issued and dispatched from Tamsuy to Taipei. Bearing red control character “尾” and serial number 885, with a stated postage of 20 wen. The document comprises both the main “Stamp Coupon” and the attached “Record Coupon”. Rare.
dated the 14th day of the 11th month, Kuanghsu 16 (December 24, 1890), showing the red handstamp “Huwei Branch Station” and a red cachet of Wenchou Steamship Company. Very rare commercial used.
