uprated by Chefoo LPO 1c and German issue 5pf and 10pf, former tied by framed rectangular Kiaochow type 1 cancel, latter tied by Tsintau Germany PO (Aug 8) cds, alongside with Germany (Aug 19) arrival. The sender served in the III. Kompanie, III. Seebataillon.
