1968 (Nov 23) The Whole Country in Red cover from Hebei to Zhejiang,

the stamp is genuine but the postmarks are all fake. A fake cover produced in 1980's, in that time, the stamp is not that unusual but cover is very rare and sought-after, then they used genuine stamp to produce fake cover. Good for reference.
