1949 (Jul 3rd & 21st) two Wusih local covers with right postage but wrong stamps, both f.w. Revenue issue surch Gold Yuan $3 block of 10 on reverse, tied by Wusih bilingual cds. The domestic ordinary mail within Liberated Area by that time was RMB$30. Obviously the authority allowed sender used Gold Yuan issues as RMB even 2 months after liberation of Wushi (Apr 23rd, 1949).With certificate. Ex Mr. Patrick Choy's Collection.
