1950 (Feb 8) Chinese style cover from Yunnan Kaiyuan to Shanghai,

f.w. SYS East Szechuan such Silver Yuan 5c vertical strip of 5, tied by Yunnan Kaiyuan cds., along with Kunming transit and Shanghai arrival cds. This cover was sent after KMT troops retreating to the Southeast Asia and PLA resumed control in Yunnan. Ex Mr. Patrick Choy's Collection.
