1949 (Oct 29) Canton to Hong Kong double-registered airmail cover,

f.w. SYS Kwangtung surch Gold Yuan 1c, 2-1/2c x 2 and 15c, all in block of 4, in total rate of 84c, tied by Canton bilingual cds. The cover was paying 80g double-registered airmail rate to Hong Kong. These are the only silver yuan stamps issued within Liberated Area. Only a few philatelic covers exist.
