1949 (Aug 22) Chinese style cover from Hunan Liuyang Kwantu to Changsha, f.w. Revenue issue surch Silver Yuan 4c and SYS Hunan surch Silver Yuan 1c on reverse, tied by Hunan Liuyang Kwantu cds., along with Changsha arrival cds. Kwantu was liberated on 19 July, this cover shows example of silver yuan issues used after CCP takeover. Ex Mr. Patrick Choy's Collection.
