1949 (Oct 18) Canton to Italy airmail cover, f.w. Hwa Nan Print SYS Silver Yuan 10c, 20c x 2 and Domestic Ordinary Mail Unit Stamp on reverse, tied by Canton bilingual cds. On front with circular "26/N" postmark. Airmail f.w. silver yuan postage was sill able to be delivered via Hong Kong at that time, although Canton was liberated on Oct 14.
