1949 (Nov 15) Chinese style cover from Tsungkow to Hong Kong,

f.w. domestic ordinary mail unit stamp, tied by Tsungkow bilingual cds., along with Lungki and Swatow (meter stamp) transit. On reverse with Chaoan transit. By that time Tsungkow was liberated for 3 months but silver yuan postage was still accpted. On the other hand, Chaoan was controlled by KMT. An example of delivery traversing communist and KMT area.
