1913 (Nov) Shantung to Germany cover, via Siberia, f.w. CIP ovpt. ROC 10c, tied by barred cancel. On reverse with Kiaochow-Tsinan Railway express mail cds (Nov 6) and Moukden transit. The cover was further delivered via Tientsin-Pukow Railway and Peking-Moukden Railway to Moukden.
