1907 (Aug 12) Moukden to Germany reigstered combination cover, via Harbin,

mixed franking with CIP 2c, 4c, 5c and Russian 20k x 2, tied by Moukden bilingual cds. and Harbin Russian PO cds. (Aug 15) respectively.

As there was no French office available in North East province at that time, Chinese Imperial Post charged postage to Harbin agency for further transmission.
