1903 (Jun 13) Newchwang picture postcard to Austria, via Siberia,

mixed franking with CIP 4c and Russian 4k, tied by Newchwang bisected bilingual cds. and Newchwang Russian PO cds. respectively, along with Austrian arrival cds. (Jul 3). It is the earliest recorded Trans-Siberian Railway mail from Fengtien Province by Chinese Imperial Post with 20 days of transit.
