1902 a used picture postcard and a cover front, from Peking and Tientsin to Germany respectively, card f.w. Russian PO in China issues while cover front f.w. French PO in China issues, tied by Peking and Tientsin Russian PO cds respectively. The postcard is the earliest recorded mail sent from Peking via Trans-Siberian Railway. The cover front, on the other hand, is a rare early example of French PO in China mail via Trans-Siberian Railway.
