1939 (Mar 15) Kwangtung Chengmushi to USA registered airmail cover, f.w. SYS 25c x 5 and surch 10c x 2 on reverse, tied by Kwangtung Chengmuishi cds, along with Honolulu transit and Cleverland arrival cds. On front with Sheungchak registered label in English covered Chengmuishi registered mark in Chinese, along with Kwangtung Kongmoon transit. As Chengmushi is a small town, only Chinese registered mark was available and it was against the UPU regulation. Therefore, Sheungchak registered label in English was supplemented afterward.
