1913 (Jun 15) red band cover from Tibet Chabdo to Chengtu, addressed to Officer J von Kompolthy in Chengtu PO, f.w. CIP surch Tibet issue 1/2a, 1a x 2 and 2-1/2a, tied by Tibet Chabdo double-ringed Kui Chou lunar year cds. On reverse with Chengtu (Chia) arrival. Chabdo cds dated lunar year while Chengtu cds dated ROC year. But the month and date on both cds were in Gregorian calendar.
