This note is illustrated on page 117 of Lin Ching-Chih’s reference work Central Bank Customs Gold Units – American Bank Note Company Issues, and originates from his original collection. The issue was never put into mass production, and this piece is the only recorded example. It is the sole banknote of Kwangsi issued during the Republican period to feature the portrait of Dr. Sun Yat-sen, making it of particular historical and design significance. Accompanied by a copy of Lin Ching-Chih’s aforementioned publication, signed by the author.
