1927 Tsingtau 10 cents and 20 cent (P142, 143g), Waterlow printing. 20 cents note is of blue on front and red brown on back, not listed in Pick or SM catalogues (PMG has no knowledge on this note, so they graded wrongly). PMG used the numbers of red front 20c Pick# 143g and SM# C126-183 with a note “Red-brown back”. 20 cents is a unique item. Graded 10 cents PMG25 and 20 cents PMG15.
