serial no.: 152. Printed in both Chinese and English, the document reflects the administrative and taxation system of the German concession in late Qing Tianjin. The text and seals remain legible, with natural paper aging. A rare and valuable piece for the study of foreign concessions and Sino-German relations at the turn of the 20th century.
