f.w. CIP Coiling Dragon 1c, tied by Nanhsun Empire and stamped with Nanxun Wu Chen Mei Chunghing No. 7 letter box cachet, with Shanghai transit cds. (1902.10.1) alongside. The postage then should be 4c, because of the shortage of the postage, a "T" postmark and "15" wrote in pencil were marked on the cover. According to the German currency system used in Chingtao then, Chinese 1c was equal to 5 pfennigs in German currency. The shortage of 3c postage equals to 15 pfennigs.
