showing raised stop after "cents", position 3 of the setting, fine MH with part dry toned original gum. Good perforation, but has some rubbing on and below the "EN" of "REVENUE" which has affected the outer frame line and the paper in this area. Tiny philatelist signatures on reverse. VF-F. One of the great rarities of Chinese philately. Only 10 pieces in record, in which a vertical pair in Museum. Peter Holcombe 1997 certificate attached. Provenance: Laurie Franks, 1992, SPINK 26 Nov, 1997 lot #1753.
