1940s WWII Shanghai POW airborne leaflet and relief package list, plus a 1945 (Sep 2) Japanese surrender day airmail cover, the leaflet was issued by General AC Wedemeyer to order the POW and internes to stay at the camps in case of Japanese surrender. General Wedemeyer was the Chief of Staff of Chiang Kai-shek and was in-charge of all American forces in China. VF-F.
