1933 (Nov 23) GB 1d postal card addressed to Surrey and forwarded to Ascot, then re-directed to Hong Kong, with Ascot arrival on reverse, underpaid for overseas and bearing Hong Kong Postage Due 1c & 6c, tied by Kowloon cds. and boxed "Charge Not Collected/ In Hong Kong" in violet, with virous instructional hand-stamps "Refused", "RETOUR" and "Undelivered For Reasons Stated/ Return to Sender". RETURNED LETTER OFFICE/ HONG KONG on backside, sent back to London with arrival and endorsed "1d to Pay" and taxed with GB postage due 1d. A very interesting Hong Kong postage due item. VF-F.
