1918 (Sep 16) WWI POW censor cover, from Haitien POW camp to Holland, stampless, bearing oval Internierungslager Haitien censor mark, Chihli Haitien cds., "Correspondance des prisonniers de Guerre" cachet and censor label bearing Holland arrival. Haitien POW camp was established in 1917 since China declared war to Germany in WWI. 30 German military officers and soldiers stationing in German Consulate were sent to Haitien with excellent living conditions and abundent supplies.
