1913 (Jul 28) red band cover from Peking to Shansi Kaihsiu Changlanchen, f.w. CIP London ovpt. ROC 3c on reverse, tied by Peking cds., along with Peking "Fifty" mail box tombstone mark, Yutso (Chia), very rare Pingyao Kui Chou 2nd Year transit and Shansi Changlan arrival cds. On front with Peking cds. Pingyao cds dated lunar year plus ROC 2nd year while Changlan cds dated year "Yuan" altered to "Yi" (two).
