a 3-cent coiling dragon Stamp was attached and cancelled with three ChihFeng English-Chinese semi-cut round seals (May 13 of the first year). It was further stamped with Beijing transfer date stamp, Peking French P.O. date stamp (May 21), a postman stamp "S3" and a Belgian arrival stamp. ChihFeng, Inner Mongolia is less common.
