1912 (Aug 25) Imperial 4th postal card from Hunan Wukang to Germany, uprated by CIP Statistcal Dept. ovpt. ROC 3c, tied by Hunan Wukang cds (dated ROC 1st Year), along with Hunan Paoking Ren Tze Year double-ringed lunar year transit as well as Hankow and Moukden transit cds. All cds were in Gregorian, ROC or lunar year, but month and date were only in Gregorian calendar. Interesting. VF-F.
